Sale Questions
Check the details of your in-store and online purchases, and know their status at any moment in My purchases. If you already have an account, log in with your e-mail address and password. If you purchased as a guest, enter your e-mail address and the order number you wish to consult. In this case, be sure to log in from My purchases > I am not registered.
Any items returned must be in the same condition that you received them. The simple matter is that you can go to the nearest branch with the parts required to be returned, provided that they are in the same condition you received them, and arrived within 14 days from the date of purchase. Some products cannot be exchanged or returned to their full use and nature such as underwear, socks and perfumes..
